These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website artbrain.com.ua (hereinafter — "Site"), owned and operated by Artbrain (hereinafter — "Company"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

The Company provides services in web development and IT:

• Website development (landing pages, corporate websites, online stores)
• Automation system development (CRM, ERP, HRM, WMS)
• Chatbot and AI assistant development
• Custom software development

All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, design, code, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Artbrain or used under license. Copying, distribution, or modification of Site materials without prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.

Information on the Site is provided "as is". The Company makes efforts to maintain current information but does not guarantee its completeness and absolute accuracy. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. Free tools (calculator, audit, quiz) provide approximate data and do not constitute an official commercial offer.

Specific cooperation terms, deadlines, costs, and scope of work are determined individually for each project and fixed in a separate contract between the Company and the Client. Payment is made in stages according to the contract terms. The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide services without explanation.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. We recommend periodically reviewing this page.
