How We Work — From Idea to Finished Product
Every project is unique, but our approach remains consistent: deep immersion into the client's business, transparent communication, and results that exceed expectations. We don't just write code — we create tools that help businesses grow.
Over 7+ years of work, we've refined our processes so that clients always understand where the project stands and when to expect results.
Development Stages — What Happens at Each Step
1. Analysis & Planning (1-2 weeks)
The first and most important stage. We don't start coding until we understand your business:
- Conduct interviews with you and your team
- Analyze competitors and the market
- Create detailed technical specifications
- Define priorities — what's critical vs. what can be added later
- Agree on budget and timeline
2. Prototyping & Design (1-3 weeks)
Before writing code, we visualize the future product:
- Wireframes — schematic layouts of all pages
- UI/UX design — what the interface will look like
- Interactive prototype — you can "click through" and feel the product
- Your approval — we make changes before development starts
3. Development (3-12 weeks depending on project)
The main stage where ideas become working products:
- Backend — server logic, database, API
- Frontend — user interface, responsive design
- Integrations — payment systems, delivery, CRM connections
- Weekly progress demonstrations
4. Testing & Launch
- Functional testing — checking all scenarios
- Cross-device and browser testing
- Load testing — can the site handle traffic spikes
- Safe deployment to production
5. Support & Development
We don't disappear after launch. We offer support packages: bug fixes, updates, adding new features.
