§ 01 · Events
Each event is enabled separately. Confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling are sent when the administrator changes the application.
§ 02 · Before setup
A completed contract with TurboSMS is required before regular sending starts.
Keep the TurboSMS account funded because each message is billed by the service.
Use an approved name that the patient sees instead of a number; submission and its Ukraine status are under Signatures, then View signatures.
The key is created in the TurboSMS account connection settings and copied into the API token TurboSMS field.
§ 03 · Setup
The settings are under Site settings, Application notifications, SMS (TurboSMS). Changes in this block are saved automatically.
Create a TurboSMS account, complete the contract process and add funds. The service charges the clinic directly for sent messages.
In the TurboSMS account, open Signatures, then View signatures. Open the required signature and complete its description. Check its status for Ukraine before continuing.
Open the connection settings in the TurboSMS account. Copy the generated key for the API token TurboSMS field in the clinic CRM.
Open Site settings, the Application notifications tab and the SMS (TurboSMS) block. Enable Send SMS to clients (TurboSMS), then fill in the API token TurboSMS and Sender name (sender) fields. The sender name must be approved. Changes are saved automatically.
SMS events
Enable each required event separately. In Reminder before visit (hours), set how many hours before a visit the message should be sent, then define quiet hours in Kyiv time. The live clinic uses 24 hours and 21:00 to 09:00. Artbrain configures the technical reminder field at launch.
Click Fill templates with samples, then adjust the texts for a new request, confirmation, reminder, cancellation and rescheduling. Keep only the placeholders that have data for that event.
Enter the test number, click Send test and then Check balance. The test uses 1 SMS. The indicator should read Configured, SMS are being sent; it also reports Missing: token, sender name, templates or Disabled, SMS are not being sent.

§ 04 · Messages
There are five editable texts: new request, confirmation, reminder, cancellation and rescheduling. In the new-request template, {date} and {time} do not work because the visit time is not known yet.

That is the capacity of one SMS. A longer message is split into parts, and TurboSMS bills each part separately.
§ 05 · Checks
Reminders stop. The owner receives a Telegram message about the low balance. Fund the account, and sending resumes.
Sending with that name is not available. Open the signature in the TurboSMS account, complete the missing description and wait for its Ukraine status to be approved.
The clinic uses 21:00 to 09:00 in Kyiv time. A reminder due inside that period is sent just after 09:00. Confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling are not held because the administrator starts them.
§ 06 · Cost
SMS notifications are part of the clinic CRM. Their scope is fixed in the brief.

The client pays TurboSMS directly at its rates, and Artbrain adds no markup. We connect TurboSMS only to systems we build ourselves: the clinic CRM, Artbrain Shop and Telegram bots. We do not integrate third-party ready-made CRMs.
§ 07 · FAQ
Sign a contract with TurboSMS, fund the balance, get the sender name approved and copy the API token. In the clinic CRM, open site settings, go to application notifications, enter these details, select the events, fill the templates and send a test SMS.
Artbrain fills the technical reminder field when the system is launched. After that, the administrator can enable events, edit templates, change quiet hours, send tests and check the balance without a programmer.

Yes. Enable manual sending from the application card in the SMS settings. Then open Applications, select an application and use the Send SMS button in the Client notification block.
